I love to cook. Sometimes I get excited and get measurements wrong. I cook intuitively a lot of the time so not everything may be exact. I think I have fun coming up with my own recipes and modifying ones that I find on the internet. Feel free to change ad or in anyway personalize these recipes. And let me know if you find a better way/method. There is always room for improvement in my journey.

1 Box Lasagna Noodles

2 1/2 cups almond milk

1/2 cup oil and butter

A little less than 1/2 cup flour

1 block firm tofu

1 tbsp fresh basil

1 tbsp Oregano

Salt and Pepper

Crushed Red pepper
