Happy to be at home with full access to any and all ingredients I want. Today I made Pizza. I used store bought crust and sauce because I was lazy. I'm totally capable of making bomb ass pizzzza sauce btw. I did make my own cheese doe. Cashews and tapioca starch for the win. Best recipe for really nice, stretchy, stringy cheese. I also used marinated carrots for the pepperoni, a tried and true recipe.
It was glorious. Probably some of the best vegan pizza I've ever had. If I can toot my own mother fucking horn. My mom even said it was good. She was "impressed" by my sick chef skills. I love cooking and I'm happy to have an oven again (not big on ovens in China). I can't wait to make more stuff!
